1. Purpose & Mission

 

The Parade Man® is committed to creating positive, memorable, and inclusive experiences that bring people, businesses, and communities together.

 

Meet & greet opportunities are designed to encourage community engagement, support local businesses, celebrate cultural traditions, and establish meaningful relationships beyond the parade route.

 

All interactions are guided by professionalism, mutual respect, safety, and the mission of March With Purpose.

What can I expect at The Parade Man's Meet & Greet?

Meet & greet experiences may include:

 

Post-Parade Meet & Greets: Opportunities to connect with The Parade Man® following scheduled parade appearances.

Local Business Visits: Visits to restaurants, retail establishments, and other businesses interested in community partnerships.

Photo Opportunities: Individual and group photographs, subject to availability.

Community Engagement: Interactions with residents, families, youth organizations, and community leaders.

Business Networking: Discussions regarding sponsorships, promotions, collaborations, and future events.

Private & Corporate Appearances: Prearranged experiences for organizations, businesses, and special events.

 

3. Scheduling & Availability

How do I book The Parade Man® for a Meet & Greet?

Meet & greet opportunities are subject to The Parade Man®’s schedule, availability, and existing commitments.

 

Advance requests are strongly encouraged.

Post-parade availability is not guaranteed.

Scheduled appearances receive priority over spontaneous requests.

Meeting duration may be limited to accommodate travel, rest, safety, and other obligations.

All arrangements must receive confirmation before being considered officially scheduled.

 

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance or meeting.

How do I partner with The Parade Man®?

Meet & greet opportunities do not automatically include promotional endorsements, social media coverage, advertising, or commercial partnerships.

 

Any promotional deliverables must be agreed upon separately.

 

5. Photography, Video & Social Media

Does The Parade Man® have any content restrictions?

Photography and video are welcome during designated meet & greet opportunities, subject to the following conditions:

 

Personal photographs are generally permitted.

All photography and recording must respect personal boundaries.

Professional or commercial filming requires advance authorization.

Businesses must obtain approval before using The Parade Man®’s name, likeness, logo, or image in advertising or promotional materials.

Social media tagging and sharing are encouraged when respectful and appropriate.

Participation does not guarantee that photographs or videos will be published on official platforms.

Parents or guardians are responsible for authorizing participation and photography involving their children.

 

The Parade Man® reserves the right to decline photography, recording, or publication requests.

 

6. Respect, Conduct & Safety

Does The Parade Man® have any demands??

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment.

 

The following conduct is prohibited:

 

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or threatening behavior

Unwanted physical contact

Unsafe crowding or interference with parade operations

Aggressive solicitation

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Unauthorized commercial exploitation of the brand

 

The Parade Man® may immediately end any interaction when safety, privacy, or professional boundaries are compromised.

 

7. Children, Families & Accessibility

How accessible is The Parade Man®?

The Parade Man® strives to create welcoming experiences for people of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and abilities.

 

Children must remain under appropriate adult supervision.

However, organized or commercial engagements may require a separate agreement and appearance fee.

Commercial photo or video productions

Extended appearances or special activations

 

Any applicable fees, services, and expectations will be communicated before confirmation.

 

9. Timing, Cancellations & Changes

Can I reschedule a meeting with The Parade Man®?

Parade schedules, weather, transportation, crowd conditions, and other circumstances may affect availability.

 

The Parade Man® reserves the right to reschedule, shorten, relocate, or cancel an appearance when reasonably necessary.

 

Organizers and participating businesses will be notified when practical.

 

10. Brand & Intellectual Property Protection

Can I post commercially without The Parade Man's permission?

The name The Parade Man®, associated branding, logos, original creative materials, and promotional content must not be used commercially without appropriate authorization.

 

A meet & greet does not grant permission to:

 

Claim an official sponsorship or endorsement

Sell merchandise featuring The Parade Man®

Use the brand in paid advertising

Imply an ongoing business partnership

Reproduce official logos or promotional designs for commercial purposes

 

All commercial usage requires separate written permission.

 

11. Media Interviews & Public Statements

Can I interview The Parade Man® at a Meet & Greet?

Meet & Greet participation does not automatically include interviews, public endorsements, political statements, or media appearances.

 

Interview requests and official public statements must be coordinated and approved in advance.

How do I request The Parade Man® for a Meet & Greet?

Individuals, businesses, and organizations interested in meeting The Parade Man® should submit the following information:
