Jeramie Regis Sr. grew up in Roslindale, MA and discovered early on that engineering and creativity could go hand in hand. After graduating with an Associate of Applied Science in Computer and Electronics Technology from ITT Technical Institute, he began a long career in the medical device industry—marked by roles like Quality Assurance Technician, Supplier Quality Engineer, and most recently Medical Device Engineer. Along the way, he garnered recognition such as being named “Alumnus of the Year” in 2015 for his commitment to mentoring students and graduates from the South Boston campus.
In parallel, Jeramie built a vibrant creative life: he founded TRF Entertainment LLC, worked as a photographer, clothing designer, website creator, and event host, and served as Director of Brand Culture at LineBacker Performance. There, he mentored others and helped drive community and cultural initiatives.
He also became a sought-after speaker and educational collaborator—likewise authoring blog posts about his experiences working with the Hip Hop Music Education Festival in partnership with UMass Amherst and Boston youth organizations.

A Day in Jeramie’s Shoes
Imagine Jeramie in his lab coat: investigating non-conforming material, reviewing inspection data, leading a post-market surveillance meeting, and auditing supplier parts to safeguard patient safety. That’s his professional world—where precision and human impact merge.
Then switch scenes: Jeramie at a parade on a float performing for hundreds of thousands of people or at a youth event as a speaker, sharing his journey from tech graduate to creative entrepreneur, encouraging Massachusetts kids through podcasting, music programs, professional development and culture. Then switches scenes again: Jeramie in the community helping local minority small businesses build their brand through photos, videos, and website launches.
