Cancellation Policy

At TRF Entertainment, we are pleased to offer a complimentary, one-time consultation to prospective clients. This session is designed to provide value, answer questions, and determine how our services may best meet your needs. Please review the following terms carefully:     1.    One-Time Use Only     •    This consultation is a one-time service per client or household.     •    Additional consultations, if desired, will be billed at our standard rates.     2.    Scheduling & Cancellations     •    Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via email or phone.     •    Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.     •    Any cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of this free consultation. No exceptions will be made.     3.    Time Limit     •    Each consultation is limited to 30 minutes.     •    If additional time is required, we will be happy to schedule a paid session.     4.    Eligibility     •    This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions. By scheduling your free consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
