OFFICIAL MEET & GREET POLICY The Parade Man® is committed to creating positive, memorable, and inclusive experiences that bring people, businesses, and communities together. Meet & greet opportunities are designed to encourage community engagement, support local businesses, celebrate cultural traditions, and establish meaningful relationships beyond the parade route. All interactions are guided by professionalism, mutual respect, safety, and the mission of March With Purpose. 2. Meet & Greet Opportunities Meet & greet experiences may include: Post-Parade Meet & Greets: Opportunities to connect with The Parade Man® following scheduled parade appearances. Local Business Visits: Visits to restaurants, retail establishments, and other businesses interested in community partnerships. Photo Opportunities: Individual and group photographs, subject to availability. Community Engagement: Interactions with residents, families, youth organizations, and community leaders. Business Networking: Discussions regarding sponsorships, promotions, collaborations, and future events. Private & Corporate Appearances: Prearranged experiences for organizations, businesses, and special events. 3. Scheduling & Availability Meet & greet opportunities are subject to The Parade Man®’s schedule, availability, and existing commitments. Advance requests are strongly encouraged. Post-parade availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled appearances receive priority over spontaneous requests. Meeting duration may be limited to accommodate travel, rest, safety, and other obligations. All arrangements must receive confirmation before being considered officially scheduled. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance or meeting. 4. Local Business Partnerships The Parade Man® welcomes opportunities to connect with local businesses that share a commitment to community involvement and positive engagement. Business owners may request meetings to discuss: Brand collaborations and sponsorships Community marketing opportunities Local business promotions Parade-related partnerships Social media collaborations Community outreach initiatives Future appearances and special events Meet & greet opportunities do not automatically include promotional endorsements, social media coverage, advertising, or commercial partnerships. Any promotional deliverables must be agreed upon separately.
